Overview

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties.

We are seeking a Full-Time
Case Manager for our Upper Saddle River program in Upper Saddle River, NJ.

• Assess clients' needs
• Develop and implement service plans for clients
• Provide referrals when required
• Responsible for continuity of care and ensuring that appropriate quality services are provided

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year of related experience in social services
• Valid NJ driver’s license
• Bilingual preferred
