We welcome you to join our team of caring, passionate and motivated individuals as an Outreach Family Partner. Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.

The Outreach Family Partner will create and facilitate family friendly events and programs to serve the follow areas in Salem County (but not limited to):
Pennsville, Alloway, Elmer, and Woodstown.

• Incorporates and implements the Principles of Family Support and the Protective Factors into all aspects of their work.
• Advocates for/with families as needed; increases the family's ability to problem-solve and advocate for themselves and their children.
• Establishes a trusting relationship with the families.
• Participates and assists in coordination of Center activities and events.

• Associate’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Human Services, Social Work, Liberal Arts, Criminal Justice or a related field required
• Strong engaging, communication and collaboration skills
• Professionalism, ethics and a commitment to excellence in care
• Must demonstrate initiative, creativity, reliability and the ability to work well independently
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Hourly Rate: $18.92
