The Administrative Assistant-Client Support/FCNJ enhances the FCNJ team by managing inventory of nurse and client support supplies. Additionally, contributes to organizational effectiveness by providing information management support, assisting visitors, directing messages for staff, and providing clerical support.
Essential Functions- Contribute to The Cooperative’s commitment to equity and continuous quality improvement that aligns with the agency’s mission, goals, and advancement.
- Effectively cross-collaborate with agency staff, leaders, and board members to foster a comprehensive approach of information sharing, working committees, and collective representation.
- Routinely disseminate relevant information, presentations, training, and learning opportunities for internal program and agency staff.
- When applicable, will participate in relevant staff development opportunities (trainings, summits, conferences, etc.) to increase skill development, elevate program goals, and engage staff members with timely key learnings.
- Supports FCNJ team by providing assistance with word processing, record keeping, filing, duplication, mailing, routine correspondence and research.
- Supports FCNJ team by maintain regular par levels of FCNJ nursing supplies, client support items, and other inventory as requested
- Communicates regularly with FCNJ leaders regarding par levels and prepares purchase orders
- Organizes shipments upon delivery to office
- Participates in weekly team meetings and provides regular updates to FCNJ team
