Application Manager​/Software​/C++​/Trading

A technology focused financial services organization is hiring an Application Manager to help lead software development efforts for real‑time, high trafficked systems. This role sits at a management level and is responsible for guiding development teams, ensuring platform stability, and delivering high‑quality software that supports highly available production environments. This manager position will work closely with engineering, QA, products, and delivery teams to translate business needs into reliable software solutions while maintaining system performance and operational integrity.

This is a fast‑paced environment, collaborative, and centered on building and supporting high performance platforms used in live market environments. This role is an onsite and full‑time position.

• 3+ years of managing software development teams
• Trading or brokerage systems experience
• Hands‑on knowledge of software design, object‑oriented concepts, and advanced data structures
• Experience with high‑performance, real‑time systems
• Working knowledge of marker data or exchange protocols
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar

• Experience supporting low‑latency or performance sensitive applications.
