Digital/E-commerce/Mobile Team Manager

Must have technical expertise in digital portfolio including AEM/React etc. Proven track record delivering full stack websites and mobile app (iOS/Android) initiatives end-to-end. BS/MS degree in computer science or closely related field or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of experience managing engineers (mentoring staff/principal engineers, setting technical direction, etc.) Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams (frontend, backend, API). Strong expertise in: API management (Apigee, Kong, Mulesoft, or AWS API Gateway) AWS cloud (EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, Cloud Watch, IAM, etc.)

Frontend:
ReactJS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), REST/GraphQL integration Backend:
NodeJS, Java, Express, microservices, RESTful API design Deep understanding of CI/CD, Git Ops, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience managing production-grade system, services that support million calls per minute and optimizing performance and cost. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to VP/C-suite audiences.
