Build Technology That Runs an Entire BusinessWe're seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Developer to own and evolve the technology platform behind a rapidly growing wholesale distribution and e-commerce company. This is an opportunity for a hands‑on developer who enjoys building software, integrating systems, solving business problems, and working directly with operations.
You’ll lead development across our internal applications, ERP integrations, warehouse management system (WMS), API integrations, SQL databases, and business automation tools. This role combines software engineering, systems integration, solution architecture, and business process improvement.
If you've worked in wholesale distribution, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, ERP, WMS, or fulfillment environments—and enjoy building software that directly impacts the business, we'd love to talk with you.
What You’ll Do- Design, build, and maintain full stack business applications
- Develop REST APIs and system integrations
- Build and maintain integrations between Net Suite, e-commerce marketplaces, shipping platforms, and internal applications
- Lead ongoing development of our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Design scalable solutions that improve business operations
- Partner directly with Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Sales teams to gather requirements
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve existing applications
- Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance
- Help define technical architecture and future development standards
- Take ownership of mission‑critical software systems
- 5+ years of Full Stack Software Development
- Node.js
- Express.js
- SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Systems integration experience
- Git
- Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
- Experience working directly with business users
- Net Suite ERP
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
