We are seeking experienced professionals with strong expertise in BAE Systems Net Reveal (formerly known as Detica/Norkom, now part of SymphonyAI) for multiple strategic initiatives involving Financial Crime Compliance, AML, Sanctions, and Name Screening platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, customization, integration, enhancement, or maintenance of Net Reveal solutions and be capable of working as a Technical SME, Solution Architect, or Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support implementation and enhancement of BAE Systems Net Reveal / Detica / Norkom / SymphonyAI solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain AML, Sanctions Screening, and Name Screening solutions.
• Work closely with compliance, business, and technology teams to deliver financial crime prevention solutions.
• Configure and customize Net Reveal components based on business requirements.
• Support production issues, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.
• Develop and maintain data integration workflows, APIs, and batch processing components.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and deployment planning.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to offshore/onshore teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with BAE Systems Net Reveal / Detica / Norkom / SymphonyAI platforms.
• Experience in Sanctions Screening, Name Screening, AML, or Financial Crime Compliance solutions.
• Expertise in implementation, customization, or support/maintenance of Net Reveal systems.
• Strong understanding of transaction monitoring and compliance workflows.
• Experience with Java, SQL, Linux/Unix, XML, APIs, and database technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and batch processing frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Experience leading technical teams or acting as SME/Architect.
• Exposure to cloud and enterprise-scale deployments is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and AML frameworks.
