Lead the design and implementation of Gen AI solutions leveraging LLM frameworks, AI Agents, and modern protocols like Model Context Protocol and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication

Utilize hands-on programming experience in Python and .NET to develop, integrate, and deploy intelligent systems

Continuously explore, learn, and apply emerging technologies in Generative AI to meet evolving business needs

Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural and compliance standards

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to build and deliver AI-powered applications

Clearly articulate technical concepts and solution impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Work with autonomy, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset to drive results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proven experience in Gen AI solution development, including use of frameworks such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, and Hugging Face

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics

Prior experience in large corporate or enterprise environments is preferred
