NOTE:
This is NOT a full time Job. This work is on Saturdays and some Sundays. About 14 weeks a year. Programs are run from 9am-12pm.

We're seeking passionate Coaches to lead and inspire at-risk, high school age youth in multi-sport Saturday and Sunday clinics and activities, creating fun, developmental, and memorable experiences. As a Youth Challenge Academy Sports Supervisor, you'll develop sport-specific teaching guides, coordinate logistics, and bring high-energy leadership to our programs. If you're organized, operations-savvy, and driven to craft exceptional experiences, this role is for you!

You'll work across a variety of sports and programs, with preference for candidates who can manage multiple:

• Softball
• Basketball
• Lacrosse
• Field Hockey
• Floor Hockey
• Tennis
• Pickleball
• Kickball
• Volleyball
• Flag Football
• Baseball
• STEAM Programs

• Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging recreational sports events and programs
• MUST:
  Recruit, hire and identify enthusiastic staff with similar skills in sports and recreation
• MUST:
  Conduct thorough interviews (online and in-person) to build a strong team
• Oversee and track background checks for volunteers and staff to ensure safety
• Drive sports marketing and branding initiatives to elevate MVP
  360's presence
• Collaborate with the CEO and Director of Operations on additional projects as needed
• Multi-sport expertise preferred; former professional or collegiate athletes strongly encouraged to apply
• Hardworking, dedicated, and thrives in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment
• Confident in leading sports activities and managing projects with creativity and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in email, social media, and related tools
• Upbeat, outgoing personality that aligns with our collaborative team culture
• Passion for sports, athletics, events, and marketing
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Extensive sport-specific knowledge or general athletics experience (current or past participation is a plus)
• Passport is a plus but not required
• Must pass all local, state, and federal criminal and child abuse background checks
• MUST be available Saturdays from 9am-12pm and possibly Sundays from 9am-12pm
