Director of Player Personnel, Assistant Operations – Part Time, Temporary (Athletics) – Posted February 05, 2026 – Rate: $20.00 USD per hour – Monmouth University Main Campus, West Long Branch, NJ.

Duties and Responsibilities- Assist the Head Football Coach and General Manager with roster management, on‑campus recruiting, and football personnel matters.
- Assist the Director of Football Operations in organizing and implementing a plan of operations for travel, recruitment, and hosting prospects at home football games.
- Assist the Recruiting Coordinator with all on‑campus recruiting activities.
- Assist in developing and coordinating a plan for practice for managers, video, and field assistants.
- Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of running the football program as requested.
- Monitor academic success of players in the football program.
- Plan and initiate strategies for the academic success of players within the football program.
- Develop and implement strategies for the recruitment and evaluation of prospects under the supervision of the General Manager, including inviting prospects to campus for official and unofficial visits and evaluating scholarship offers.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Department of Athletics, Monmouth University, NCAA, and Coastal Athletic Association regulations.
- Work a varied schedule including game days and weekends.
- Participate in team travel as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Understanding of the university’s balance of academics and athletic excellence.
- Valid driver's license in your state of residence with no serious violations (Type
A) within the past five years and no more than three moving violations (Type
B) in the past three years. University policy can be reviewed at - Ability to commit to both work windows (February 9 – May 31 2026, August 31 – December 4 2026, and full academic year 2026/27).
