As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate for this position will have their High School Diploma or GED, flexibility for scheduling purposes, great written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for helping children unlock their true potential. Experience at a licensed childcare center is preferred but not required. We will train the right person. Must be able to pass a background check !!
Must be able to relate well to parents, children, and other staff members.
Must communicate effectively, have an energetic personality, and be functionally literate in English.
Must have good attendance possess organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize.
Attends and participates in staff meetings, training sessions, and academy events as requested.
