Towing Dispatcher

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Towing Dispatcher to join our team. Only candidates with prior experience in the towing industry (dispatching or towing) will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers to service calls using software, GPS, and telephone
• Prioritize and manage high call volumes efficiently
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and law enforcement
• Track job progress and update records in real time
• Support drivers with routing, issues, or changes

• Towing industry experience REQUIRED (Dispatch or Tow Operator background)
• Knowledge of tow trucks, services, and basic dispatch procedures
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with dispatch software (e.g., Tops) is a plus
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and Holidays as needed
• Able to arrange and file paperwork as required

$20 - $23 hourly
