Qualifications- Age 21 years or older.
- Three (3) years of non‑provisional driving experience with a valid New Jersey Driver’s License (not a provisional license).
- New Jersey Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with unrestricted passenger and air‑brake endorsements, or a New York or Pennsylvania CDL with the same endorsements.
- Ability to obtain a validated New Jersey CDL permit stamped indicating the passing of written tests for passenger, air‑brake, and general knowledge endorsements; the permit must be valid for at least fourteen (14) days beyond the scheduled training program.
- A safe driving record that is in good standing with less than five (5) accumulated points.
- Availability to participate in the structured training program (perfect attendance at training is required).
- Pass the company interview process, background check, and physical examination to qualify for a medical certification (physical exam includes a drug and alcohol screening).
- Starting pay rate of $18.74 per hour with current top pay rate up to $26.69 per hour.
- Signing Bonus: $6,000 for CDL A or B License Holders (must have air‑brake and passenger endorsements).
- Signing Bonus: $3,000 for CDL A or B Permit Holders with air‑brake and passenger endorsements.
- 401(k) retirement plan.

- Assistance obtaining your CDL (for NJ drivers).
