Inductotherm Corp. has an exciting opportunity for a Shipping Associate to join our team, 100% on-site in Rancocas, New Jersey, Monday–Friday 5:00am-3:30pm
Job Summary:The Shipper will be responsible for preparing, loading, and shipping freight both manually and with material‑handling equipment. This includes checking for damaged goods, verifying order quantity and quality, and ensuring items are shipped accurately and completely. The role may also require assembling and moving received items and handling, receiving, storing, or shipping hazardous materials. Previous shipping experience is required.
This role routinely uses equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, cranes, measuring tools, and computers for shipping systems including UPS and Fed Ex.
Supervisory Responsibilities:- This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Ship and load freight manually and with the use of equipment.
- Check for damaged goods and verify quantity and quality of orders.
- Verify that items shipped match order documentation.
- Assemble and move received items as needed.
- Receive, store, or ship hazardous materials when required.
- Read and interpret shipping and receiving documents, including bills of material.
- Package objects appropriately for shipment.
- Use power hand tools to assemble pallets.
- Operate a forklift, electric pallet truck, and overhead crane.
- Use computers and shipping systems (e.g., UPS, Fed Ex).
- Read and understand written information and instructions.
- Maintain a safe working environment for oneself and coworkers at all times.
- Perform general housekeeping duties as required.
- Maintain regular attendance and willingness to work reasonable overtime.
- Good basic math skills; ability to read measuring devices such as rulers, tape measures, and formulas.
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Quick hand and arm movement with the ability to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Ability to work at heights up to 50–70 feet and no fear of heights.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
- Ability to travel occasionally using public transportation (aircraft, trains, buses, cars), domestically and internationally.
- Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous shipping experience required.
- Able to bend, reach, stand, and climb for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to listen and understand spoken information.
- Ability to communicate information clearly in written and verbal form.
Quick hand and arm movement required for manipulating objects. - Must disclose any surgical implants, pins, braces, or devices that could be affected by induction fields.
- Maximum lifting weight is determined based on NIOSH guidelines for specific lift conditions.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications.
Salary Range:$19.37 – $30.58/hour
Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
