Local Route Straight Truck Driver & Warehouse Operations Associate

About the Role Imagine starting your day with a quick pre-trip on a 26' straight truck, scanning the day’s manifest, and mapping efficient routes for on-time delivery. You’ll represent our brand on the road and at customer sites—delivering product accurately, unloading and stacking items with care, and capturing all required documentation before heading to the next stop. When you return to the warehouse, you’ll switch gears to keep our operation running smoothly: receiving inbound freight, picking and packing, palletizing customer orders, staging shipments, and helping keep inventory tight and organized.

What You’ll DoDrive company vehicles with a safety-first mindset and professional demeanor.

Deliver products to designated locations on schedule and with precision.

Unload and neatly stack products at customer sites with courtesy and professionalism.

Complete delivery paperwork and all related documentation accurately.

Support warehouse operations: receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping merchandise.

Assemble customer orders, including palletizing and staging for outbound shipment.

Store materials in correct locations based on product codes and sequences.

Perform daily cycle counts and update inventory records promptly.

Identify and help resolve freight discrepancies or claims.

Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse—sweep, remove trash, and follow safety and sanitation protocols.

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.

What You Bring Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no DUIs or careless/reckless driving in the past 3 years).Proven experience operating 26' box trucks.

Experience with forklifts or reach trucks is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and documentation.

Professional, clear communication with customers and teammates.

Comfort with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Physical ability to regularly lift, push, or pull 75+ lbs.

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a fast work pace to meet deadlines.

Proficiencies Driver's License Loading and Unloading Vehicles Truck Operations & Load Securement Current CDL License Compensation Pay  Range: $20.50 - $22.96 /hr.

Compliance Subject to random DOT drug testing.
