As a Delivery Associate, you are the face of our company. You will deliver thousands of smiles daily, safely, and on time.

• Load & Deliver:
  Efficiently organize your van each morning and deliver packages by driving, walking, and climbing in and out of the vehicle in all weather conditions.
• Navigate Safely:
  Operate a delivery van (under 10,000 lbs.) using an electronic GPS device while adhering to strict road safety standards.
• Stay Active:
  
  Comfortably handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, twisting, and walking upstairs or down long driveways.
• Be a Team Player:
  Bring a positive, can-do attitude, interact professionally with the public, and be willing to rescue/help fellow drivers when needed.

To keep our team and community safe, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Age: 21 years or older.
• Legal Status:
  Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass an E-Verify check.
• Screenings:
  Must pass a standard background check and drug test.
• Clean Driving Record:
  Valid driver’s license (Commercial License/CDL NOT required). No DUIs or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• Availability:
  Must have open availability, including mandatory weekends—no exceptions.
