Gulfstream G550 Captain – Operations; Type-Rated

About the Role

As Captain on our Gulfstream G550, you will set the standard for safety, airmanship, and guest experience on demanding international missions. You’ll partner closely with your crew and operations team to deliver punctual, polished flights—every time.

• Command worldwide operations on the G550, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance.
• Lead thorough preflight planning, performance and fuel calculations, and international routing.
• Exercise sound judgment in changing conditions; manage risk using SOPs and checklists.
• Mentor the flight team, model excellent Crew Resource Management, and foster a just‑culture mindset.
• Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and catering to deliver a refined cabin experience.
• Represent the flight department with professionalism, discretion, and service excellence.

• Flight Time: 3,500+ hours total; 2,000+ hours PIC; 1,500+ hours multi‑engine; 1,500+ hours turbine; 1,500+ hours jet.
• Flight Time Notes: 100 hours night; 75 hours actual or simulated instrument; 5+ years of aviation experience.
• Type Rating:
  Current G550 type rating required.
• Certificates: ATP (FAA).
• Medical:
  First Class (Class
  1).

• Flexible schedule; available for variable duty days, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willing and able to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have current work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
