At DSV Road Barcelona, we want to incorporate a Freight Forwarder FTL. Your main mission will be to ensure efficient, profitable, and customer-oriented management of FTL transport, ensuring optimal load planning, effective coordination with fleet and suppliers, and proactive tracking of shipments, to provide a reliable and efficient service. Among other tasks, the main ones will be:

• Planning and coordination of FTL shipments, ensuring that trucks leave full and on time.
• Tracking shipments and customer service, managing incidents, providing updated information about your loads, and offering a service oriented to customer satisfaction.
• Fleet management: including coordination with drivers, loading instructions, roadside assistance, and resolution of incidents.
• Administration of load bags, optimizing resources and maximizing commercial opportunities.

Degree in Transport and Logistics, International Trade or similar. Medium-high level of English (B2). Provide previous experience of 2-3 years as Traffic Operative. Handling of computer tools (Excel, ERP, management systems). Capacity for organization and planning to manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Proactivity and problem-solving, especially in incidents in the fleet or deliveries.
