Job Summary

As a Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in transporting our residents to scheduled appointments, social events, and outings while ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Safely operate a bus, van, or other transportation vehicle to transport residents to scheduled appointments, social events, and outings

• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies

• Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, courteous, and respectful to our residents and their families

• Assist residents with their mobility and mobility aids, if needed, and provide emotional support as necessary

• Maintain accurate records of transportation services, including trip manifests, mileage logs, and vehicle maintenance schedules

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of transportation services and meet the needs of our residents

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to the designated supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement

• Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Competitive hourly rate of $16 - $19
