Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 80 pounds safely.
• Basic knowledge of local geography and ability to follow directions.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or logistics support roles.
• Familiarity with handheld devices or delivery tracking software.
• Basic first aid knowledge and safety training.
• Ability to operate a vehicle if required to assist with driving duties.
• Multilingual skills to assist diverse customer bases.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
• Support the driver in navigating delivery routes and managing delivery schedules.
• Communicate courteously with customers during deliveries to ensure a positive experience.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or safety hazards to the driver or supervisor promptly.
