• Drivers average $95,000 yearly
• Placard Pay .10 Cents per mile paid on all Placard Hazmat
  Loads.
• $3000 sign on bonus
• Regional States are NJ, NY, PA, DE, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME, OH, MD, VA, WV, NC or up to 600 miles ex Florence NJ.
• Paid weekly – W2 position
• We offer Kenworth T 680’s & Freightliners – Automatics – APUs, Refrigerator, TV (DirecTV), Sirius XM Radio, Microwave

Earn an extra $0.10 per mile on all placarded Hazmat loads.
More responsibility deserves more pay.

PINNACLE FREIGHT DRIVER SIGN-ON BONUS

We show our appreciation to our new drivers by offering a $3000 Sign On bonus that is paid up within 90 days of your start date.

• $1,000 After 30 Days of Employment
• $1,000 After 60 Days of Employment
• $1,000 After 90 Days of Employment

PAID HOLIDAYS

7 Holidays per calendar year. Paid at the rate of 8 hours per day at your existing hourly rate.
Plus 1 Paid Floating Holiday.

PAID VACATION

Vacations are paid at 50 hours per week at your existing hourly rate.

YOUR TRUCK

Safety and comfort are paramount here at Pinnacle and we want our drivers to be safe and enjoy their time on the road. We offer late-model tractors for our drivers.

5 PAID SICK DAYS

5 days per year. Paid at the rate of 8 hours per day at your existing hourly rate. Eligible for paid sick days beginning January 1st AFTER your first full year of employment.

• Current Class A CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement
• 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No more than (2) convictions for moving violations and/or preventable accidents within the past (3) years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to represent Pinnacle in a positive, professional manner
• Ability to meet all Federal, State, Local and Company requirements

Run up to 5 to 6 state radius.

• Clean Roadside Inspection
• CSA BONUS

LEVEL I INSPECTION

This inspection includes examination of documents the driver is required to carry and a detailed vehicle inspection.

Clean Inspection $175.00
Additional $50.00 when hauling Hazmat

LEVEL II INSPECTION

This is the Walk-around Driver/Vehicle Inspection. It includes an examination of the driver’s documents and vehicle inspection items that can be inspected without physically getting under the vehicle.

Clean Inspection $100.00
Additional $50.00 when hauling Hazmat

LEVEL III INSPECTION

This is a Driver Only Inspection. It involves checking the documents and items related to the driver only.

Clean Inspection $50.00
Additional $50.00 when hauling Hazmat

SAFETY BONUS

In addition to the CSA Bonus we include an additional Safety Bonus that could reward a safe driver up to $2,000 per year in bonus pay. Drivers will be evaluated quarterly for such criteria as mandatory safety meetings, complete and accurate paperwork, pre and post-trip reports, truck and trailer maintenance, violations and citations, motorist complaints, Federal DOT violations or accidents or work-related injuries.

REFERRAL BONUS

We encourage our drivers to invite other drivers to join our company. If you recommend a new hire we will pay you $2,000 after 30 days of successful employment with us.
