Entry level non‑exempt position that primarily requires driving. Under the direction of the Distribution Center Manager (DCM) or the Assistant Distribution Manager (ADM), performs the manual labor aspects of distribution center operations along with assigned driving tasks.

• Prepare and deliver assigned routes, maintaining established service levels.
• Perform other driving tasks such as delivery verifications and delivery of replacement copies.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area.

• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

• No previous experience required; third‑shift experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence, driving record in adherence with PCF guidelines, and automobile insurance at limits required by PCF.
• Ability to use the internet and learn PCF applications.
• Ability to meet and/or exceed established customer‑service objectives.
• Ability to communicate information professionally and effectively.

Must have and maintain access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance at limits required by PCF.

• Routine lifting of heavy items.
• Perform route delivery tasks, going in and out of vehicle, throwing, and walking.
