SHARPFleetLLC is an Amazon Freight Partner based in Bordentown, NJ, serving the North East area. We are looking for reliable, safety-focused Class A CDL drivers to join our growing team.

Our Solo 5 position offers a consistent 5-day work schedule with 2 consecutive days home every week
, primarily evening/night driving, and steady freight.

What We Offer

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle
• Transport freight between designated facilities, distribution centers, and rail yards
• Perform drop-and-hook trailer operations
• Safely handle occasional live-load/live-unload appointments
• Pull 53' dry van trailers and, when assigned, intermodal containers
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Secure and verify equipment and cargo as required
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, company, and customer safety requirements
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and operations personnel
• Maintain a clean and safe tractor/trailer
• Report equipment issues, delays, accidents, or other safety concerns promptly
• Provide dependable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled dispatches

Required:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Must be 21 years of age with a minimum of 4-7 months of verifiable experience
• Current DOT medical card
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must meet all applicable FMCSA/DOT requirements
• Ability to legally operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Ability to safely perform vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks
• Reliable transportation to and from the Haslet, TX yard
• Ability to work an evening/night schedule
• Ability to work approximately 13–14 hours per day, up to approximately 70 hours per week
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred:

• Experience with dry van freight
• Experience with drop-and-hook operations
• Intermodal/rail-yard experience
• Experience working with Amazon Freight Partner operations or similar dedicated freight
• Clean or favorable MVR

Schedule

Drivers will work one of the following schedules:

Option 1: Monday–Friday
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Option 2: Sunday–Thursday
Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Shifts are primarily evening starts
, with approximately 13–14 hours per day and up to approximately 70 hours per week

Pay

Drivers can expect to earn approximately $1,680 per week
, regardless of hours worked.
