We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry‑Level Low Voltage Operations Assistant to support our office and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the low‑voltage, construction, or operations field. Training will be provided.

This position plays a key role in helping keep projects organized, materials prepared, and communication flowing between the office, warehouse, and field teams.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation system troubleshooting for customers
• Help support project coordination and job tracking
• Communicate with internal teams as needed
• Assist with general office organization

• Help organize, stage, and prepare materials for field projects
• Assist with receiving and tracking inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Support loading and unloading of materials as needed

• Provide general support to operations, office, and warehouse teams
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience required; construction, warehouse, or office exposure is a plus
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
