About the Role
As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility at our Bordentown, NJ location. Your main objective will be to ensure that all products are received, stored, and shipped out efficiently and accurately. You will be expected to lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or work equivalent experience
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
- Experience with WMS or ERP systems
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including proper use of equipment and adherence to OSHA regulations
As a Warehouse Lead, you will utilize your strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of warehouse associates. You will also use your knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse equipment to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Additionally, your ability to analyze data and make informed decisions will be crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and improving warehouse processes.
Your problem-solving skills will also be put to the test as you identify and address any issues that arise in the warehouse.
