* About the Role:

*** We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily production and warehouse operations at our Moorestown, NJ, tea manufacturing plant. This is a hands-on lead role that plays a critical part in ensuring accurate inventory management, timely shipments, and smooth coordination between production, warehousing, and transportation.
*** You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
**** Enter raw material and finished goods receipts from suppliers and internal/external warehouses into the WMS and ERP systems
* Manage deployment and replenishment of finished goods to internal and external warehouses
* Partner closely with the Production team to determine finished goods availability dates
* Investigate, address, and resolve WMS inventory discrepancies
* Manage inbound and outbound dock appointment scheduling
* Assign warehouse team members to pull orders for shipment
* Organize, print, and file required documentation (orders, pick tickets, BOLs, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment
* Assign carriers to shipments and coordinate pickup appointments
* Coordinate raw material transfers and shipments with the Blending Department
* Process and manage UPS and Fed Ex small-package shipping labels
* Coordinate cycle counts for raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse supplies as needed
* Support the Warehouse Lead and/or Warehouse Manager with daily operational activities
* Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned
