About the Role:

* We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily production and warehouse operations at our Moorestown, NJ, tea manufacturing plant. This is a hands-on lead role that plays a critical part in ensuring accurate inventory management, timely shipments, and smooth coordination between production, warehousing, and transportation.

** _You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:_*
* + Enter raw material and finished goods receipts from suppliers and internal/external warehouses into the WMS and ERP systems

+ Manage deployment and replenishment of finished goods to internal and external warehouses

+ Partner closely with the Production team to determine finished goods availability dates

+ Investigate, address, and resolve WMS inventory discrepancies

+ Manage inbound and outbound dock appointment scheduling

+ Assign warehouse team members to pull orders for shipment

+ Organize, print, and file required documentation (orders, pick tickets, BOLs, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment

+ Assign carriers to shipments and coordinate pickup appointments

+ Coordinate raw material transfers and shipments with the Blending Department

+ Process and manage UPS and Fed Ex small-package shipping labels

+ Coordinate cycle counts for raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse supplies as needed

+ Support the Warehouse Lead and/or Warehouse Manager with daily operational activities

+ Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned
