Inventory and Warehouse Manager

Athlux Design Studio is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on Inventory & Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our Bordentown, NJ warehouse. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory control, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring clear accounting and reporting of all goods.

• Oversee all warehouse inventory management functions
• Manage and monitor incoming shipments (receiving, inspection, logging)
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain real-time inventory tracking and reconciliation
• Ensure proper documentation and clear accounting of all goods
• Conduct routine cycle counts and full inventory audits
• Identify and resolve discrepancies immediately
• Generate detailed inventory reports for management review
• Maintain organized warehouse layout and product flow
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounting teams
• Implement and improve warehouse SOPs and inventory systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management software preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Immediate start preferred
