Material Handler, Forklift Operator
Location: West Deptford Township
LAMATEK is seeking material handlers and warehouse associates. As a material handler, you will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, maintaining stock in the warehouse, and moving materials to fulfill orders.

Shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm
2 nd Shift: Monday to Thursday 2:15pm to 12:30am
- Move freight and stock between loading docks, delivery vehicles, storage, and production areas (manually or with equipment such as forklifts).
- Follow written or verbal instructions for daily tasks.
- Stage products and assist with fulfilling customer orders.
- Sort cargo and label containers appropriately.
- Stack cargo on pallets or in designated areas.
- Document units handled daily using production sheets.
- Assist with inventory and maintain an organized warehouse.
- Operate forklift and pallet jack.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Maintain warehouse stock, stage products based on orders, and assist in organizing inventory.
- Know the formal and informal goals, standards, policies and procedures, which may include some familiarity of other departments within the company.
- Be sensitive to the interrelationship of both people and functions within the department.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exchange routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate, requiring good oral and written skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers; talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
