This position is hourly. Pay starts at $20/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $21.20/hour.

• + $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators
• $1/hour for working overnight shift

We offer flexible shifts with schedules ranging from 20 to 39 hours per week. Grainger operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, with shifts that may range from 5½ hours up to 8 hours per day.

Regular part‑time team members have a 90‑day waiting period before coverage begins. Our programs provide choice and flexibility to meet team members' individual needs.
