Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Mickleton, NJ

Position Responsibilities- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Jointly work with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metrics.
- Interpersonal skills essential; working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse.
- Ability to problem‑solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to importance.
- Personal accountability and integrity are paramount; accurate accounting of all inventories.
- Relevant customer service experience a plus as a shipping coordinator interacts with customers to replace lost or damaged goods.
- Provide updates of orders and materials status as needed.
- Report any damaged goods upon receipt to the corresponding parties.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and report any deviation.
- Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements.
- Arrange orders for machine operators to pick based on urgency.
- Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner and coordinate pick‑ups.
- Coordinate with our yard jockey to move empty/loaded trailers out of the docks.
- Handle parcel shipments (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) and provide tracking details.
- Report any discrepancies to Supervisor/Manager, Inventory team and production team (if applicable).
- Answer customer/carrier calls.
- Send detailed reports to peers on order shortages.
- Prepare detailed and accurate invoices to accompany shipments and ensure all items are packaged and shipped to company standards.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
All positions are also responsible for meeting company standards for quantity and quality of work performed, performing all work‑related tasks in compliance with Company policies, procedures, safety policies, and GMP regulations. This position requires good working knowledge of the SQF code.
Position Requirements- High School Diploma required or GED.
- Frequent interaction with warehouse workers; good interpersonal skills required.
- Multitasking required.
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends per business needs.
Pay: $23/hr, based on responsibilities and geographic location.
