Site Manager

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Site Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and serve as the primary point of contact for both our employees and our client.

This is a hands-on leadership position focused on ensuring smooth operations, maintaining a safe work environment, and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees
• Enter, review, and correct employee payroll
• Monitor employee attendance and staffing levels
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a strong relationship with our client
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates
• Address operational issues and maintain productivity
• Communicate effectively with company leadership and the client

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing employees
• Basic computer skills and experience with payroll or timekeeping systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
