• Ensure all associates are trained in all warehouse processes, including confirming annual SOP compliance.
• Have a working knowledge of specific client requirements.
• Provide resolutions and decisions in the client’s best interest.
• Oversee daily processes on the warehouse floor and communicate any changes or adjustments to staff.
• Execute annual compliance SOP review and retraining for changes.
• Assist supervisors on team solutions.
• Maintain flexibility in hours during high-volume periods.
• Daily use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and provide guidance to coordinators.
• Daily use of the Labor Management System (LMS) and track employee time, attendance, and performance.
• Assist Supervisor in Operations Oversight including Safety Protocols and Processes.

• 4+ years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Experience with a warehouse management system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong soft skills related to communication, agility, and collaboration.
