This role is for a Warehouse Technician managing daily warehouse operations, including handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to assembly.
Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and reconcile with Purchase Orders.
- Proper structure for receiving all materials for systems and parts.
- Follow procedures for material movement to the stockroom and manufacturing floor.
- Proper labeling and storing of inventory so retrieval and accountability are done in a proficient manner.
- Collaborate and communicate with material control representatives, customer service representatives, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Maintain accurate inventory transaction records using warehouse management systems (MISys).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Organize and label inventory or Sales Orders Picking lists for easy access and tracking.
- Assist with any other task as required.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately.
- Report damaged or missing items to supervisors.
- Track and report inventory levels and reorder needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or warehouse training is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving roles.
- Familiarity with inventory software and shipping systems (e.g., Fed Ex, UPS, DHL).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Use of PPE (personal protective equipment) as required.

Within this range, individual pay is influenced by various factors, including job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, etc. The compensation range for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
