CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Cold Storage Warehouse Loader candidates in the Whitehouse Station, NJ area. Responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, selecting orders, loading outbound trucks, unloading returns, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and stage customer orders for shipment and delivery.
• Load and secure outbound deliveries in accordance with safety procedures.
• Unload returned trailers, cases, dollies, and equipment.
• Support production operations by ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete all required documentation and paperwork.
• Operate manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

Desired Background/

Skills:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or food industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as 36 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull loaded equipment.
• Strong attendance record, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.

• 2 shifts available – weekly overtime
• 2AM-12PM
• 12PM-2PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday shifts
