Trane Warehouse Associate

Location:

On-Site (5 days), Monday to Friday, 1st shift with occasional Saturdays.

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and on-call shifts as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details.
• Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proven team player.

Hourly Base Pay Range: $25.58 – $30.36. Incentive eligible:
