EWR - Inventory Control ​/ Quality Assurance ​/ Supervisor - (Tuesday - Saturday

You will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of inventory management and warehouse operations within our EWR1 facility. You will oversee inventory control processes, lead replenishment activities, manage bin zones, and ensure compliance with quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to lead a team toward operational excellence.

• Inventory Replenishment & Zone Management:
  Keep pick zones stocked and optimized—fast-movers in PICK-A, slower items in PICK-B, and every bin zone (REPLENS, NON-PK, CHILLED, BULK) configured and current. Ensure inventory is available when the floor needs it.
• Replenishment Operations:
  Direct daily stock moves based on demand forecasts, coordinate replenishment windows around picking hours, and escape discrepancies before they become problems.
• Replenishment Maintenance:
  Keep Net Suite bin records accurate, run mass configuration updates via CSV with the OE team, and resolve inventory discrepancies through proper adjustment workflows.
• Stock Counts:
  Lead daily cycle counts—set windows, approve results promptly, and investigate any variance over 5 units with a recount and root cause analysis. Train and certify counters.
• Process Improvement & Reporting:
  Continuously refine replenishment and counting processes, build SOPs, mentor the team, and deliver clear reports and leadership updates on inventory health and operational performance.

Required

• 2+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or inventory environment
• Strong Excel skills—pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis
• Experience with inventory management systems (Net Suite, RF‑SMART, or similar)
• Sharp analytical skills with a focus on root cause, not just symptoms
• Organized, decisive, and effective under pressure
• Clear communicator—written and verbal
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English

Preferred

• Hands‑on Net Suite or comparable ERP experience
• Familiarity with RF‑SMART and warehouse monitoring systems
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience
• Knowledge of inventory control best practices and QA processes

Hourly role

Compensation $24.00/hr - $30.00/hr based on experience

Schedule:

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including varying days and hours.

Tuesday - Saturday

Ability to flex between days and nights will be required for this role.
