Position

Description:

Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting and processing incoming freight and shipments.

Inspect and write up all vendor inbounds to confirm quantity, weight and lot numbers.

Lookup PO numbers in the system and receive in under SAP, after receipt, print out LS and Sample labels as required.

Populate Inventory spreadsheet daily.

Prepare Naturals for shipping via Fedex or common carrier, picking materials, printing labels and preparing shipment pickups via Fedex website for Air or Ground.

Assist with printing labels for outbound shipments.

Answering phone calls and or emails to schedule deliveries for inbound shipments.

Post Goods Issue of orders shipped through SAP.

Moving empty totes in SAP as received in from customers/shuttles.

Other Duties as assigned.

• Must be detail oriented
• Excellent data entry skills including alpha-numeric and 10-key
• A minimum of 2 years experience in receiving , warehouse or logisics experience preferred
• Previous background knowledge of trucking industry a plus
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft office and warehouse management systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
