Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, plus the benefits described below

Warehouse Worker:
You're an essential part of our operations, ensuring products move safely, accurately, and efficiently every day - loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and keeping the warehouse running smoothly.

Core Responsibilities:

• Safe, efficient, and accurate loading of our trucks for next-day customer delivery
• Safe and efficient unloading of incoming stock deliveries, including accurate verification against shipping documents
• Assist  will-call  customers by retrieving orders and loading their vehicles in a safe, timely, and efficient manner

Day-to-Day

Activities:

• Build knowledge of company products to better serve customers and teammates
• Load, unload, and stock inventory safely and carefully
• Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions
• Maintain a professional image at all times
• Manage paperwork and reports as required
• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly
• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Forklift Driver's license, or ability and willingness to be trained to attain one

Skills:

• Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Experience working effectively with a wide range of people
• Self-starter who performs well independently and as part of a team

Physical & Scheduling Requirements:

• Available for shift work
• Ability to lift 70 pounds and to walk and stand for long periods
• Able to work in varying weather conditions while remaining alert and focused
• Ability to handle multiple work assignments simultaneously
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards

Fessenden Hall covers 80% of your premium. An employer-funded HRA reimburses your full deductible each year, up to $4,000 individual or $8,000 family. Your effective deductible is $0. Out-of-pocket max is $6,550; above that, insurance pays 100%.

Fully employer-paid coverage. Dental, vision, life, AD&D (1x salary to $50,000), short-term disability, and long-term disability (60% income replacement to age 65). Premiums are covered at 100%.

Retirement. 401(k) with auto-enrollment, discretionary company contributions, and full vesting after three years of service.
