$70,000–$100,000 per year | Full-Time | In Person

Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations for our growing Pittsburgh/New Kensington production team.

This is a hands‑on field leadership role for someone with experience in flooring, epoxy, concrete coatings, resinous flooring, polyaspartic systems, decorative concrete, concrete polishing, or a closely related construction trade
.

You’ll be responsible for keeping multiple installation crews, projects, schedules, materials, and job sites moving efficiently while maintaining quality standards and a strong customer experience.

We’re looking for someone who understands construction and field operations, can confidently lead crews, solve problems quickly, and take ownership of projects from scheduling through completion.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage daily field operations across multiple installation crews and active job sites
  • Coordinate crew schedules, project timelines, materials, equipment, and job requirements
  • Prepare crews each morning with clear expectations, project details, materials, and equipment needs
  • Check in with installation crews throughout the day and quickly resolve field or scheduling issues
  • Conduct job‑site visits throughout the Pittsburgh territory to verify scope, progress, and installation quality
  • Manage and update work orders, production schedules, and project documentation
  • Review completed‑job photos, measurements, installer paperwork, and project details
  • Monitor workmanship and quality standards across installation crews
  • Identify recurring production, scheduling, or quality issues and help implement solutions
  • Communicate project updates, scheduling information, and expectations with customers
  • Support installation crews with questions related to concrete preparation, coatings, flooring systems, materials, and installation
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
  • Help ensure projects are completed safely, professionally, on schedule, and within scope
  • Monitor crew performance and provide direction and accountability when needed
What We’re Looking For Required Experience
  • 1+ year of hands‑on experience in one or more of the following: epoxy flooring, resinous flooring, concrete coatings, polyaspartic systems, concrete polishing, decorative concrete, commercial flooring, industrial flooring, flooring installation, or a closely related flooring/coatings trade
  • 1+ year of experience in construction project management, installation management, field operations, production management, construction coordination, crew leadership, or a similar role
  • Experience working with construction or installation crews
  • Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, crews, or job sites at the same time
  • Strong understanding of job‑site operations and construction workflows
