We are seeking 8 Senior Systems Design Engineers to drive New Product Development for a large medical device manufacturing company in Pittsburgh, PA. This role has an emphasis on the front end of New Product Development, including focuses on requirement gathering, risk profiling, completing design history files, and technical reviews. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with medical device standards, failure analyses, cross-functional collaboration, and validation & verification procedures.

The candidate will work on medical device standards, failure analyses, cross-functional collaboration, and validation & verification procedures.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related
• 5+ years experience in Systems Engineering on an electromechanical medical device with a software in hardware component
• Deep knowledge of medical device standards (IEC 60601, ISO 80601-2-70, ISO 80601-2-72)
• Expertise in leading FMEA and New Product Development Lifecycle

$70/hr to $80/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
