Join Re:
Build Manufacturing in New Kensington, PA and help architect robust quality systems for complex manufacturing programs. You’ll apply metrology and statistical methods to tighten processes, enhance inspection effectiveness, and embed quality into every stage of production.
- Cross-functional problem solving to cut process and product nonconformances; deliver crisp analytics and dashboards.
- Quality planning under APQP: author control/inspection plans; steward PPAP and FAIR; facilitate FMEA/PFMEA.
- Continuous improvement leadership: drive MRB actions and implement sustainable RCCA.
- Customer, supplier, and manufacturing engagement to verify product quality requirements and expedite resolution.
- Project support for quality‑improvement initiatives; provide training and mentorship.
- Execution of internal, supplier, and customer audits across documents, parts, processes, and products.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or a two‑year engineering‑related degree with 5+ years in manufacturing quality (or equivalent background).
- Experience in battery production, machining, and/or electronic assembly and harnessing is a plus.
- High integrity; skilled in facilitation, conflict resolution, and team leadership.
- Data‑driven thinker able to interpret results, identify patterns, and inform decisions for performance gains.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; adept at executive‑level reporting and presentations.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP platforms (Infor Syteline, SAP), CAD/CAE tools or other data‑heavy interfaces.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel; strong with SharePoint, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Travel availability: 10%–25%.
