Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: New Kensington, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver optimal design solutions for sophisticated medical device components. Our team values advanced technical expertise and a commitment to quality, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation within a dynamic environment.

• Interpret complex engineering requirements to design and deliver solutions for medical device components, ensuring strategic and compliant outputs.
• Guide the creation and implementation of comprehensive test plans and protocols to validate engineering designs in accordance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Resolve multifaceted technical issues across hardware, software, and related components, proactively preventing production downtime.
• Lead initiatives to optimize product performance and reliability, presenting technical findings and proposals to senior stakeholders and executive management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s in Hardware Engineering.
• Proficiency in product development lifecycle management, verification and validation testing, and preparation of technical documentation.
• Strong capabilities in troubleshooting, requirements analysis, and quality and regulatory compliance within hardware engineering.
