Your impact

Slash nonconformances by applying statistical methods, metrology, and rigorous reporting to process and product data.

Own APQP quality planning: build control/inspection plans, manage PPAP packages, complete FAIR, and drive FMEA/PFMEA quality actions.

Lead MRB activities and RCCA to eliminate root causes and lock in sustainable fixes.

Interface with customers, suppliers, and production teams to verify requirements and resolve issues fast.

Mentor peers and deliver targeted training that raises site-wide quality capability.

Execute audits across documentation, parts, processes, products, suppliers, and customers.

QualificationsASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or a two-year engineering-related degree with 5+ years in manufacturing quality; equivalent experience considered.

Experience in Battery Production, Machining, and/or Electronic Assembly and harnessing preferred.

Demonstrated ethics, leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Advanced analytical ability to interpret data and influence decisions that improve performance.

Executive-ready communicator with strong presentation skills.

Fluent with ERP/MRP systems (Infor Syteline, SAP) and planning tools.

Expert in CAD/CAE tools or other data-heavy interfaces.

Power user of SharePoint, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and especially Excel.

Travel flexibility: 10%–25% as needs dictate.
