The Critical Facilities Technician I/II – Night Shift supports continuous 24x7x365 operations of the Tier III data center campus. This role focuses on overnight monitoring, documentation, and execution of routine mechanical and electrical tasks to ensure uninterrupted uptime.

• Serve as overnight shift operator ensuring Tier III operational continuity.
• Monitor mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and environmental systems.
• Perform routine rounds, log readings, and document abnormalities.
• Respond to alarms, system alerts, and elevate appropriately.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including filter changes, belt checks, and inspections.
• Support electrical and mechanical teams and coordinate vendor access.
• Manage and update CMMS work orders.
• Follow OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and internal SOP/MOP protocols.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, crouching, and equipment movement.

• 2+ years experience in data centers, industrial plants, commercial facilities, or military technical roles.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Ability to follow SOPs and escalation paths.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 39 pounds and assist with heavier lifts.
• Willingness to work overnight, weekends, holidays.
