* Primary Responsibilities:

** Proficiently program/operate/edit CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts

Set up machines using detailed sheets and tool lists for efficient runs

Read and interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy

Conduct inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other gauging tools

Deburr and finish parts to meet quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Apply manual machining skills as needed (experience is a plus!)Collaborate with the team on process improvements and troubleshooting

Leverage experience to mentor apprentices
** Key Qualifications/

Skills:

** At least 6 years of CNC machining experience (we'll consider strong manual machining backgrounds or eager learners with relevant training)
Journeyman Papers Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for high-precision work Excellent verbal communication to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools proficiently

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., NIMS) are a bonus

Commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced setting
