Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in pediatric home health, focused on providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs, collaborating closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership.
- Deliver consistent, confident care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain meaningful patient relationships and follow clear care plans with RN oversight.
- Utilize PPE and adhere to CDC safety guidelines to ensure safety and safety protocols.
- Benefit from comprehensive support including clinical guidance, flexible scheduling, and safety resources.
- Possess a valid Pennsylvania LPN license, TB test, BLS CPR card, and driver’s license; experience with G-tube, trach, or vent is preferred or willing to train.
