- Monitor order backlogs and communicate potential delays to customers and stakeholders
- Generate and analyze reports on order volume and customer service metrics for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in customer order operations or order management in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM software
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment, customer operations, or services administration
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry
