This position will be responsible for maintaining and developing the company’s CRM system (Salesforce) and its associated tools utilized by all business units.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spearhead Global CRM initiatives, serving as the primary liaison worldwide.
- Strategize CRM activities to optimize KPIs, ROI, and overall business performance.
- Lead the management of day-to-day customer relations protocols, refining CRM segmentation, customer personas, and platforms.
- Drive continuous optimization of product development recommendations and cross-sell/upsell activities using segmentation data.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT departments to understand data flows into and out of the CRM system and associated marketing activities.
- Import and manage contact data within the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).
- Provide support to the Sales team by liaising with IT or software vendors to resolve user issues.
- Conduct training sessions on Salesforce system usage and capabilities.
- Identify and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Extract data from the CRM system to support marketing campaigns and meet deadlines effectively.
- Identify opportunities to help maximize CRM system utilization.
- Ensure smooth operation of reporting processes.
- Offer CRM support for various business requests and inquiries from the sales team or other divisions.
- Fulfill ad hoc query/analysis/reporting requests as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience with CRM management
- Proficient in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Strong communications skills: excellent listening, oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Critical thinker who will challenge that we are doing things right and making appropriate trade-offs based on data and information available
- Advanced technical report writing and analytical skills
- Unrestrictive Domestic and Foreign travel up to 10%
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The primary work location for this position is in-office. This role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement; however, regular in-office presence at the designated location is required.

The base pay range for this position is $100,000- $150,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary. We reserve the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
