Project Scheduler

Role Overview

The Project Scheduler will support project leadership by developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors, and ensuring schedule accuracy throughout the life of the project. Scheduling is treated as a decision-making and coordination tool, not just software operation.

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules from preconstruction through turnover
• Coordinate schedule inputs with construction managers, superintendents, and subcontractors
• Analyze schedule impacts, critical path, and sequencing risks
• Support look-ahead planning and milestone tracking
• Provide schedule reports and updates to project leadership
• Assist with schedule recovery plans and change impacts
• Maintain schedule integrity and logic as project conditions evolve

• 5+ years of project scheduling experience in commercial construction
• Direct experience supporting large vertical construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
• Experience working alongside construction managers and field leadership
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or similar scheduling tools
• Ability to interpret drawings, scopes, and construction plans

• Data center or mission-critical construction experience
